Due to the increasing number of forgotten passwords (and the resulting overhead), we now
offer an 'Account Locator Service' with a small $5.00 fee. Since we do not keep a database of
membership records for privacy reasons, providing your access information at a later date can
be quite time intensive. While we are more than happy to help, the small fee hopefully
encourages you to exhaust all efforts of finding it on your own before contacting us. If you
use our account locator service, please provide the following information in the 'message'
portion of your PayPal payment form:
- What was your sign-up e-mail address?
- Did you sign up for Standard or Platinum Membership?
- Do you recall your assigned username?
- What approximate date did you sign up?
- What payment method did you use?
